"Ednium has allowed me to discover my leadership style and what kind of leader I want to be. Ultimately, it is my goal to apply these skills in my future professional career as a physician-scientist. "

- Odalis Castro, Biomedical Engineering

The Leadership Launchpad is an immersive experience for all metro area alumni to interrogate leadership through both a theoretical and practical lens. You will learn from leaders that have shared lived experiences while challenging yourself to refine your concepts of leadership.

Alumni will have the opportunity to:
  • interrogate their values
  • expand their social and professional community
  • share their story
All in service of holding themselves accountable and leveraging community building throughout their leadership journey.

Alumni will leave the program with a succinct plan on how you will continue your leadership journey with Ednium, the city, and beyond.

WHAT TO EXPECT
