" Ednium has allowed me to discover my leadership style and what kind of leader I want to be. Ultimately, it is my goal to apply these skills in my future professional career as a physician-scientist. "

- Odalis Castro, Biomedical Engineering

The Leadership Launchpad is for Denver Public School Alumni ages 25 and younger. Designed around Ednium’s values of Community, Trust, and Action you can expect to practice personal storytelling, building authentic relationships with the community, and developing personal leadership skills. This program is for those who are interested in learning about different leadership styles, gaining insight on their own leadership, and applying what they learned to support their personal and professional goals.
