" Ednium has allowed me to discover my leadership style and what kind of leader I want to be. Ultimately, it is my goal to apply these skills in my future professional career as a physician-scientist. "

- Odalis Castro, Biomedical Engineering
The Advocacy Accelerator is for Ednium Program graduates (either from the Denver Deep Dive or Leadership Launchpad) who are willing to set the policy priorities of the organization while learning more about the levers of power. Ednium holds our core values of Community, Trust, and Action at the center of all of our programming, and the Advocacy Accelerator is no different. You can expect to be immersed in intentional and vulnerable environments with the main goal being the cultivation of trust. With trust being established, you can expect to have authentic conversations with your peers on your experience through the K-12 education system, as well as your experience navigating the City of Denver. These conversations and environments will help foster community. Lastly, you will work on research projects with the peers you trust and hold community with to lead Ednium's potential action items for 2025 and beyond!
